- Rotation: 165/30 days on/off or 56/28 days on/off.

- Duration: 12 months (renewable).

Requirements/Qualifications/Competence:
- Valid STCW certification as Rating forming part of a Navigational Watch (Reg. II/4).
- STCW required certificates: Personal survival techniques A-VI/1-1, Fire prevention and firefighting A-VI/1-2, Elementary first aid A-VI/1-3, Personal safety & social responsibilities A-VI/1-4, Proficiency in survival craft and rescue boat (other than fast rescue boat) A-VI/2-1, Advanced firefighting A-VI/3, Security awareness A-VI/6-1, Seafarers with designated security duties A-VI/6-2, Fast Rescue A-VI/2-2.
- Offshore safety qualifications, including HUET, CA-EBS, and Hâ‚‚S awareness.
- Minimum 12 months of sea service on offshore units or commercial vessels
- Approved security training (awareness and designated duties).
- Familiarity with emergency response roles such as damage control and safe return to port procedures.
- Compliance with relevant SOLAS evacuation system training standards.
- Ability to meet company-specific training matrix and certification standards.
Tasks:
- Assist bridge officers in maintaining a safe navigational watch.
- Carry out lookout duties and report navigational hazards or irregularities.
- Support mooring, anchoring, and deck operations as directed.
- Participate actively in emergency drills and real-life response situations.
- Operate and assist with lifesaving and rescue equipment when required.
- Contribute to onboard safety culture, following all procedures and permit systems.
- Assist with vessel security tasks in line with assigned responsibilities.
- Maintain cleanliness and readiness of deck areas and safety equipment.
- Support damage control and emergency recovery efforts when activated.
