Join OSM Thome as Chief Officer on Oil/Chemical tankers trading worldwide. Take a key role in deck operations, cargo handling and navigation, ensuring safe and efficient vessel performance.

• Key responsibilities:
• Plan and supervise cargo and ballast operations for oil/chemical cargoes
• Oversee deck crew, maintenance and safety drills
• Assist the Master in navigation, watchkeeping and voyage planning
• Ensure compliance with ISM, ISPS, MARPOL and company procedures
• Monitor stability, cargo condition and tank cleaning operations

• Requirements:
• Valid Chief Officer license for Oil/Chemical tankers
• STCW certificates in accordance with rank and vessel type
• Strong experience on Oil/Chemical tankers in a senior deck position
• Veg oil experience
• Good command of English, spoken and written
• Strong leadership, safety awareness and teamwork skills
