OSM Thome is looking for an experienced Master for Oil/Chemical Tankers trading worldwide. Take command of a well-managed vessel and lead a safe, efficient and professional operation at sea.

• Key responsibilities:
• Overall command of the vessel, crew and cargo operations
• Ensure safe navigation, mooring and port operations
• Maintain high standards of safety, security and environmental protection
• Oversee loading, carriage and discharge of oil/chemical cargoes in line with procedures
• Lead and motivate officers and crew, ensuring good discipline and teamwork
• Ensure compliance with company policies, flag state, class and international regulations

• Requirements:
• Valid Master (Unlimited) CoC
• Strong experience as Master on Oil/Chemical Tankers
• Up-to-date STCW certificates and tanker endorsements
• Good command of English, spoken and written
• Strong safety mindset and proven leadership skills
• Medically fit for sea service
