OSM Thome, IWS is looking for an experienced 2nd Officer to join our CSOV fleet operating offshore Denmark. You will sail in a modern service operation vessel, supporting offshore wind operations and working closely with a skilled international crew.

• Key responsibilities:
• Watchkeeping on bridge, ensuring safe navigation and compliance with COLREGS
• Assist the Chief Officer with voyage planning, passage plans and daily operations
• Monitor DP operations and support offshore wind farm activities
• Maintain navigational equipment, charts and publications up to date
• Participate in safety drills, permits to work and emergency response
• Contribute to safe cargo and personnel transfer operations offshore

• Requirements:
• Valid Certificate of Competency as Officer in Charge of a Navigational Watch (STCW II/1 or higher)
• DP full certificate
• Previous experience as 2nd Officer, preferably on offshore or DP vessels
• Valid STCW safety courses, medical and seaman’s book
• Good English communication skills, spoken and written
• Team player with a strong safety mindset and willingness to work in offshore wind operations
