- Salary: Please confirm your realistic expectations when applying. This will be discussed with the right candidate. Monthly salary (Paid only whilst working).
- Rotation: Onshore: 42 holidays with 6 rotational flights, Offshore: 35/35 days on/off.
- Duration: 12 months (renewable).
- Start Date: ASAP.
- Overtime: Not applicable.

Requirements/Qualifications/Competence:
- 10+ years’ experience in offshore hook-up / offshore construction within Oil & Gas projects.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or equivalent technical field.
- Strong background in EPC/EPCI project environments.
- Solid understanding of offshore execution, commissioning interfaces, and fabrication yard operations.
- Experience leading multi-disciplinary offshore teams and subcontractors.
- Good knowledge of HSE systems, quality assurance, and risk management frameworks.
- Experience in planning, cost control, scheduling, and project reporting.
- Ability to manage client and contractor interfaces in a project execution setting.
- Fluent English communication skills (additional languages advantageous).
Tasks:
- Lead and coordinate offshore hook-up activities from planning through execution and handover.
- Ensure HSE and quality standards are fully embedded in all hook-up operations.
- Translate project execution strategy into a detailed hook-up execution plan.
- Align engineering outputs with offshore installation and hook-up requirements.
- Define and support hook-up budget, schedule, and resource planning with project controls.
- Oversee mobilization of offshore personnel and ensure readiness of equipment and materials.
- Coordinate interfaces between engineering, fabrication yards, transportation, and commissioning teams.
- Ensure subcontractor scope, technical requirements, and execution strategy are clearly defined and followed.
- Monitor material traceability, tagging, availability, and readiness for offshore installation.
- Participate in design and constructability reviews, risk assessments, and 3D/model reviews.
- Manage offshore campaign execution to ensure safe, efficient, and timely completion of activities.
- Reduce fabrication carry-over work impacting offshore operations through close yard coordination.
- Track progress, performance data, and provide accurate reporting to project management.
- Act as the key point of contact for clients, partners, and subcontractors on hook-up execution matters.
- Identify contract variations, risks, and opportunities during execution and escalate when required.
- Capture lessons learned and contribute to the continuous improvement of offshore hook-up methodologies.
- Ensure smooth transition of offshore scope to commissioning and final acceptance activities.
