Join OSM Thome as 2nd Officer onboard an offshore PSV trading in Denmark. You will support safe navigation, cargo operations and deck activities, working closely with the Master and Chief Officer in a professional and safety-focused team.

Key responsibilities

• Stand bridge watch and assist with safe navigation and ship handling
• Plan and monitor voyages in line with company and charterer requirements
• Support DP operations as directed by senior officers
• Assist with cargo, deck and mooring operations on the PSV
• Carry out safety, security and environmental duties and drills
• Keep bridge equipment, charts and publications updated
• Prepare and complete required logs and reports

Requirements

• Valid 2nd Officer / OOW Certificate of Competency, STCW-compliant
• Previous experience on offshore vessels, preferably PSV
• Valid STCW basic safety, medical fitness and other mandatory courses
• Good DP awareness; DP certificate is an advantage
• Strong safety mindset and good bridge teamwork skills
• Good command of spoken and written English
• Right to work and sail from Denmark, as per regulations
