The Engine Mechanic supports the engineering team in maintaining and repairing all mechanical systems, ensuring safe and efficient operation in accordance with maritime regulations

Responsibilities and/or tasks:

• Maintenance and repairs of engine room equipment
• Support machinery monitoring and inspections
• Identify and report mechanical problems, followed maritime safety and environmental regulations
• Participate in emergency drills while maintaining a safe and clean workspace.

Requirements/Qualifications/Competence:

• Marine engineering or mechanical vocational training.
• Mechanical maintenance experience (marine industry preferred).
• STCW Basic Safety Training.
• Good English communication skills.
• Ability to work in rotating shifts and demanding engine room conditions.
• Health certificate type
• Experience in similar positions on cruise vessel will be advantage
