Key Responsibilities
Overall command of the PSV and crew
Plan and execute safe navigation and offshore operations
Ensure compliance with company procedures, flag state and international regulations
Oversee cargo and deck operations, including DP operations when required
Lead, train and motivate officers and crew
Maintain high standards of safety, environmental protection and ship maintenance
Communicate effectively with charterers, agents and shore management
Requirements
Valid Master Mariner (Unlimited) CoC, meeting STCW requirements
Strong PSV / offshore vessel experience, preferably in DP operations
Previous experience as Master or Chief Officer on similar offshore vessels
Valid offshore medical and required offshore survival/safety courses
Good command of English, spoken and written
Strong leadership, decision-making and safety mindset
