Key responsibilities:
Lead deck team and supervise all bridge and deck operations
Plan and monitor cargo, DP operations and supply runs
Maintain safe navigation, voyage planning and watchkeeping
Oversee stability, ballast and cargo calculations
Ensure compliance with company procedures and safety standards
Support the Master in day-to-day vessel management and emergency response
Requirements:
Valid Chief Officer / Chief Mate license (STCW II/2 or equivalent)
Recent experience as C/O on PSV or similar offshore vessels
DP certification and offshore experience preferred
Valid STCW safety courses, medical and offshore certificates
Good English communication skills
Strong safety mindset and proven leadership on board
