primarily responsible for all administrative aspects of the clinic facility.
Key Responsibilities and Roles:
- Ensure compliance with all government statutory requirements.
- Oversee procurement, safety, security, inventory, and ensuring that assets and properties of the company are well maintained and used in an effective manner while observing compliance on the workflow processes.
- Responsible for the issuance of contracts for Consultants and Relievers.
- Ensure policies and procedures are maintained and updated.
- Work closely with the Management Team for clinic operations as defined in the Company’s goal and KPIs.
- Ensure that the desired level of support and services being rendered by the Admin department are promptly met in a cost-efficient manner.
- Manage accounts receivable activities in a timely and efficient manner
- Prepare and review operational reports
Required Competencies:
- Graduate of any bachelor’s degree
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications and can easily adapt to web-based applications
- Must have at least 3-5 years' experience in leadership/management capacity.
- Must have at least 3-5 years’ experience in Clinic administration
