Night Cook/Baker – Offshore Construction Vessel (Bahamas Flag)

**Description**
OSM Thome is looking for a Night Cook/Baker for an offshore construction vessel. The role is focused on preparing fresh baked goods and simple hot meals during night hours for crew and project personnel.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Prepare and bake bread, rolls, pastries and other baked goods for all meals
- Cook simple hot dishes and snacks during night shift as required
- Ensure galley and baking area are kept clean and in good order
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times
- Assist Chief Cook with stores handling, stock rotation and correct storage
- Work safely in accordance with vessel procedures and instructions
**Requirements**
- Proven experience as Baker on board ships, preferably offshore / construction vessels
- Previous experience working night shifts in a galley environment
- Good knowledge of basic cooking and baking for multinational crews
- Ability to work independently and manage time during night hours
- Valid seafarer documents and medical suitable for offshore service
