Key responsibilities
- Serve drinks and snacks in the bar and lounge areas
- Handle cash and bar stock in a safe and correct way
- Keep bar areas clean, tidy and ready for service
- Provide friendly and professional service to all passengers
- Follow onboard safety, hygiene and company procedures
Requirements
- Previous bar, restaurant or hotel service experience
- Good level of spoken English
- Valid seafarer documents and medical, or readiness to obtain them
- Customer-focused, polite and able to work under pressure
- Fit for sea service and willing to work in shifts
