- Key responsibilities:
- Assist with mooring, unmooring, anchoring, and cargo operations
- Carry out routine deck maintenance, chipping, painting, and cleaning
- Stand lookout and assist on bridge watch as directed
- Handle mooring lines, fenders, and gangway duties
- Follow safety procedures and take part in safety drills
- Support officers and senior crew with day-to-day deck work
- Requirements:
- Valid Ordinary Seaman (OS) license and seaman’s book
- Previous tanker experience (oil/chemical) preferred
- All mandatory STCW certificates and valid medical fitness
- Good English communication skills
- Fit for hard physical work and ready for worldwide trading
- Team player with a strong safety mindset and discipline
