Main Responsibilities
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on instrumentation, automation, and Fire & Gas systems;
Conduct troubleshooting and failure diagnosis on critical platform systems;
Execute functional tests, calibrations, inspections, and commissioning;
Support failure analysis and technical investigations;
Work collaboratively with operations, electrical, and other maintenance departments;
Ensure the execution of activities in compliance with offshore operational safety requirements.
Technical Requirements
Offshore experience on oil platforms, preferably wellhead types;
Knowledge of ABB 800xA / AC800M systems;
Solid experience with Fire & Gas (F&G) systems, especially Autronica AutroSafe 4;
Knowledge of PowerLoop architecture (F&G), loop troubleshooting, and addressable devices;
Experience with Fire & Gas (F&G) detection systems, including point gas and open path detectors, flame, smoke, heat, and H2S detectors integrated into Autronica AutroSafe 4 PowerLoop architecture;
Knowledge and familiarity with reading and interpreting Cause & Effect matrices;
Knowledge of pressure, temperature, flow, and level instruments;
Experience with maintenance and diagnosis of valves, transmitters, and field instruments;
Knowledge of reading logic diagrams, loop diagrams, and technical documentation;
Knowledge of SAP is desirable;
Experience with Permit to Work (PTW) systems is desirable.
Must be a Brazilian national / Brazilian citizenship required.
