Key Responsibilities
- Assist engine crew with daily engine room operations and maintenance
- Clean and keep engine room areas, workshops and equipment in good order
- Support bunkering and tank operations as instructed
- Carry out routine rounds and report any irregularities
- Follow all safety procedures and use proper protective equipment
Requirements
- Previous sea service in engine department preferred, but not always required
- Valid STCW certificates for rank, including Basic Safety Training
- Valid seaman’s book and medical fitness certificate
- Good English communication skills
- Willingness to learn, work hard and follow instructions
- Ready to work worldwide and in a multi-national crew
