Join OSM Thome as Master on a Fast Supply Vessel (FSV) operating offshore Romania. Take full command of the vessel, lead the crew, and ensure safe and efficient operations in support of offshore activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Overall command of the vessel and crew
- Ensure safe navigation and ship handling at all times
- Plan and execute cargo and supply operations to offshore installations
- Maintain compliance with flag state, company, and client requirements
- Lead the safety culture onboard and conduct drills and trainings
- Oversee documentation, reporting, and communication with shore and clients
Requirements
- Valid Master (CPT) CoC for vessels of appropriate tonnage
- Experience as Master or Chief Officer on offshore / FSV or similar vessels
- Good knowledge of offshore operations and DP procedures (if applicable)
- Valid STCW certificates and medical fitness
- Strong leadership, communication, and safety awareness
- Good English communication skills
