- Key Responsibilities:
- Perform deck maintenance, chipping, painting, and cleaning
- Handle mooring and unmooring operations
- Stand lookout and helmsman watch as directed by the Officer on Watch
- Assist with cargo operations and lashing/unlashing containers
- Follow safety procedures and take part in drills
- Support general shipboard duties as required by the Bosun and officers
- Requirements:
- Valid AB Certificate and STCW documents
- Previous experience as AB, preferably on container vessels
- Valid seafarer medical certificate and passport
- Good English communication skills
- Fit for deck work and able to work in a multicultural crew
