- Key responsibilities:
- Carry out mooring and unmooring operations
- Stand lookout and assist on the bridge as required
- Perform deck maintenance, including chipping, painting, and cleaning
- Handle cargo gear and assist with lashing operations
- Participate in safety drills and follow company safety procedures
- Assist with general deck duties as directed by officers and Bosun
- Requirements:
- Valid AB certificate and STCW certificates as per rank
- Recent experience on container vessels preferred
- Valid seafarer medical certificate and travel documents
- Good command of English (spoken and written)
- Team player with a strong safety and work ethic
- Willing to work in a multinational crew and worldwide trade
