- Key responsibilities:
- Overall command and safe operation of the vessel
- Plan and execute voyages in line with company and client requirements
- Ensure compliance with all maritime, flag state and company regulations
- Lead and manage deck and bridge teams, including training and drills
- Oversee cargo, DP and well stimulation operations together with offshore team
- Maintain high standards of safety, security and environmental protection
- Handle communication with charterers, agents and authorities
- Requirements:
- Valid Master Mariner (STCW II/2) license, suitable for offshore vessels
- Recent experience as Master or Chief Officer on offshore vessels
- DP experience; DP certificate preferred
- Good knowledge of offshore operations and well stimulation activities
- All required STCW certificates and valid medical fitness
- Strong leadership, communication and safety mindset
- Good command of English, spoken and written
