Maintenance Supervisor | FPSO | Nigeria
Rotation - 4 weeks offshore / 4 weeks offshore - outbound travel day rate included
The Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for providing leadership in Compliance Assurance.
Is required to have:
- Proven experience and results-oriented career AND/OR HND or Degree equivalents in appropriate engineering subject, OR Marine qualified to Master Mariner / Chief Engineer unlimited as per STCW Reg. A II/2 and Reg. A. III/2 respectively.
- Appropriate period as OIM (2 years minimum).
- Offshore Personal Survival, Management of Major Emergencies, OIM Controlling Emergencies, IMCA 891 preferable.
- Medically fit to offshore International standards such as ENG1 or equivalent
- Extensive knowledge of offshore FPSO operations, including Production, Maintenance, Engineering and Safety Management.
- High level of commercial awareness.

- Leadership: Exemplary safety and managerial leadership skills. Good levels of written and spoken communication in English language. Clear understanding of personnel, behavioural and team issues. Capable of motivating Senior staff members and Technicians. Flexible in applying different approaches to changing work demands
- Technical: Appropriate standard of managerial, technical, and professional knowledge as defined by competences.
- IT: Good knowledge and skill with „Maintenance Management System‟ interface. Practical familiarity with standard „Office‟ software package. Operation and use of Internet and electronic mail system
