OSM Thome, IWS is looking for an experienced Bosun to work onboard a CSOV in France. You will lead the deck crew, ensure safe deck operations and support offshore service activities.
- Key responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise deck ratings in all deck jobs and maintenance
- Organize and carry out mooring, anchoring, and towing operations
- Oversee maintenance of deck equipment, safety gear, and work areas
- Support offshore operations, transfers and cargo handling on CSOV
- Ensure all work is done safely and in line with company procedures
- Requirements:
- Proven sea service as Bosun or Senior AB on offshore vessels
- Experience on SOV/CSOV or similar offshore units is an advantage
- Valid STCW certificates and medical fitness
- Good English communication skills
- Strong safety mindset and ability to lead a deck team
