Electrician needed on RORO/ROPAX route Netherlands–England with DFDS. Possible permanent rotation!
Experienced Electrician (ELEC) needed to work on RORO/ROPAX vessels trading between the Netherlands and England. You will be responsible for safe and reliable operation of all electrical systems on board.

Key responsibilities
- Carry out maintenance and repair of all electrical and electronic equipment
- Troubleshoot faults on power generation, distribution and control systems
- Support navigation, communication and automation systems on board
- Perform regular inspections and testing in line with company and class rules
- Keep accurate records of work done, spares used and system status
- Work closely with the engine and deck teams to ensure safe vessel operations
Requirements
- Seagoing experience as Electrician / ETO on RORO, ROPAX or similar vessels
- Valid STCW certificates and medical fitness for sea service
- Recognized electrical / electro-technical qualification
- Good knowledge of marine power, automation and control systems
- Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work independently
- Good English communication skills
