Join OSM Thome as Chief Officer on a PSV trading in UK waters. You will support the Master in safe and efficient offshore operations, ensuring the vessel runs smoothly and in full compliance with company and client standards.
- Key responsibilities:
- Assist the Master in overall vessel management and navigation
- Plan and supervise deck operations, cargo and offshore supply activities
- Lead and manage deck crew, ensuring safe work practices at all times
- Oversee stability, loading, and ballasting operations
- Maintain safety, environmental and ISM/ISPS standards onboard
- Ensure proper upkeep of deck equipment and safety gear
- Requirements:
- Valid Chief Officer (Unlimited) CoC, STCW certificates and offshore documents as required
- Previous experience as C/O on PSV or similar offshore vessels
- Strong DP and offshore supply operation knowledge (DP certificate preferred)
- UK national or holding UK Frontier Work Permit/UK Skilled Visa
- Good leadership, communication and safety mindset
- Good command of English, both spoken and written
