Join our offshore team as Motorman / Oiler on a Diving Support Vessel in the Middle East. You will work closely with the engineering crew to keep all machinery running safely and efficiently in a demanding offshore environment.
- Key responsibilities:
- Assist engine officers with operation and maintenance of main engines, generators and auxiliary machinery
- Carry out routine oiling, greasing, cleaning and engine room watchkeeping duties
- Monitor machinery parameters and report any irregularities immediately
- Perform basic repairs and maintenance under supervision
- Follow all safety procedures and permit-to-work systems in the engine room and machinery spaces
- Requirements:
- Valid Motorman / Oiler (MTM) license and required STCW certificates
- Previous experience in engine room duties, preferably on offshore or DSV vessels
- Good English communication skills
- Medically fit for offshore work and willing to work in hot climate conditions
- Safety-minded, hardworking and able to work in a multinational crew
