Crane Operator (CRO) | Offshore - PSV

OSM Thome is looking for an experienced Crane Operator (CRO) to work onboard an offshore PSV in Vietnam. You will operate and maintain deck cranes safely during offshore operations and support cargo handling and deck activities.

• Key responsibilities:
• Operate offshore crane safely for cargo and equipment lifting
• Plan lifts with the bridge, deck crew and offshore team
• Follow all lifting procedures, signals and safety rules
• Check crane condition and report any defects or unsafe situations
• Keep lifting gear and work area clean, tidy and ready for use

• Requirements:
• Proven experience as Crane Operator (CRO) on offshore vessels, preferably PSV
• Valid offshore crane operator certification
• Good knowledge of lifting operations and deck safety
• Offshore and STCW documents up to date
• Ability to work in a mixed crew and follow instructions clearly
