About the Role
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Crewing Apprentice to join our Crewing team. This is an excellent opportunity for students who want to develop their professional skills in a dynamic maritime environment while supporting crew management activities and ensuring compliance with operational and regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update crew vaccination records in the crew management system.
- Monitor vaccine validity and support compliance with maritime regulations.
- Organize and maintain crew documentation files, ensuring records are accurate and up to date.
- Support the preparation and distribution of documents to vessels and external stakeholders.
- Assist with correspondence and communication with active and former crew members.
- Review and process documentation related to vaccination and medical expenses.
- Support the creation of employee profiles in internal systems for PPE management and onboarding activities.
- Provide administrative support to the Crewing department as required.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in High School, Technical School, or University.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- Advanced English skills (written and spoken) are required.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Willingness to learn and develop in a multicultural and international environment.
