Join OSM Thome as a Motorman / Oiler on oil/chemical tankers trading worldwide. You will be part of a professional engine team, keeping all machinery in good and safe running condition.
- Key responsibilities:
- Assist engineers with routine engine room watch and daily operations
- Carry out lube oiling, greasing and cleaning of machinery and equipment
- Perform basic maintenance, repairs and upkeep of engine room spaces
- Follow all safety and pollution prevention procedures
- Support bunkering and fuel transfer operations as instructed
- Requirements:
- Valid STCW certificates and seafarer documents for Motorman / Oiler
- Previous experience on tanker vessels (oil/chemical preferred)
- Good English communication skills
- Medically fit for sea service
- Strong safety awareness and ability to work in a team
