We are looking for an experienced Construction Supervisor to work offshore on a multipurpose vessel in Brazil. Join OSM Thome and take a leading role in overseeing deck construction activities, ensuring safe, efficient and high-quality operations offshore.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate all offshore construction and installation work on deck
- Supervise construction crew and ensure safe working practices at all times
- Follow project plans, drawings and procedures during all operations
- Monitor work progress, report status and handle any issues offshore
- Ensure compliance with company, client and regulatory requirements
- Work closely with vessel, marine and project teams to support safe operations
Requirements
- Previous experience as Construction Supervisor or similar offshore role
- Solid background in offshore construction on multipurpose or similar vessels
- Strong knowledge of offshore safety standards and permit to work systems
- Good leadership and communication skills with multinational crews
- Fluent in English, spoken and written
- Valid offshore certificates (BOSIET/FOET and relevant medical)
