Join OSM Thome as 3rd Engineer on a PSV operating offshore Brazil. You will work with an experienced engine team to keep all machinery running safely and efficiently.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in operation and maintenance of main engines, auxiliaries and deck machinery
- Carry out planned maintenance, inspections and repairs as directed by senior engineers
- Monitor engine room parameters and report any deviations or faults
- Maintain engine room cleanliness, safety and good housekeeping
- Follow all safety, environmental and company procedures
Requirements
- Valid 3rd Engineer CoC, STCW compliant
- Previous experience as 3/E, preferably on PSV or offshore vessels
- Valid STCW safety courses and medical fitness certificate
- Good English communication skills
- Team player with a strong safety mindset and willingness to learn
