- Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Chief Engineer in managing engine room operations.
- Conduct maintenance and repairs on machinery and equipment.
- Monitor and manage fuel and oil consumption.
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
- Keep accurate records of maintenance activities and machinery performance.
- Requirements:
- Valid STCW certification and other relevant qualifications.
- Experience as a 2nd Engineer on product tankers at least 3 years in rank.
- Strong knowledge of ship machinery and engineering systems, including ME-B; ME-C experience.
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
- Willingness to work onboard in various locations globally.
- 3m +/-1m SEA
- Wage: subject to experience
