The main purpose of this position is to be responsible for the administrative and office support of OSM Thome Training. 

Key Responsibilities and Role(s)

  • Manage bookings for both in-house and external training courses.
  • Coordinate training schedules, travel, and accommodation for seafarers.
  • Handle training administration tasks, including documentation, reporting, and resource management.
  • Support seminar logistics (agenda, speakers, catering, transportation, venue arrangements).

Required Competencies

  • Experience in training administration and supervising computer-based training.
  • Bachelor’s degree holder.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in office productivity tools.
  • Familiarity with maritime training regulations and seafarer needs. (Is an advantage)
