The main purpose of this position is to be responsible for the administrative and office support of OSM Thome Training.
Key Responsibilities and Role(s)
- Manage bookings for both in-house and external training courses.
- Coordinate training schedules, travel, and accommodation for seafarers.
- Handle training administration tasks, including documentation, reporting, and resource management.
- Support seminar logistics (agenda, speakers, catering, transportation, venue arrangements).
Required Competencies
- Experience in training administration and supervising computer-based training.
- Bachelor’s degree holder.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in office productivity tools.
- Familiarity with maritime training regulations and seafarer needs. (Is an advantage)
