We are looking for a talented and analytical professional to join our team in Brazil (Rio de Janeiro) as a Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Manager, playing a key role in shaping our financial strategy and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and evaluate actual vs. budget financial performance
• Develop financial models and budgets by client and for the company as a whole
• Conduct financial feasibility analyses and forecast results
• Prepare and maintain management reports and financial dashboards
• Define, monitor, and manage key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Perform cost analysis by business segment
• Analyze financial statements and provide strategic insights
• Lead the implementation and management of Business Intelligence (BI) tools across OSM Thome Brazil
• Coordinate new projects and financial tools in partnership with external vendors and the IT team

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, or Engineering 
• Postgraduate education is a strong plus
• Experience in financial planning and budgeting
• Advanced proficiency in Power BI (must-have)
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
• Experience with financial modeling and business analysis
• Advanced level of English is required
