KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

· Conduct medical examination and diagnostic procedures.

· Take anthropometric measurements.

· Ensure that the medical history of patients are updated in the clinic management system

· Administer and encode the pure tone Audiometry test (Hearing Test) result

· Administer and encode Optometry test results including Far Vision Test, Ishihara Test, Jaegar Test (Near Vision Test) and Visual Field Test.

· Administer and encode the result of Pulmonary Function Test (Spirometry), Electrocardiogram (ECG) and Treadmill Stress Test (TST).

· Administer and encode the result of skin testing procedure.

· Administer vaccination and update patient’s vaccine record.

· Administer Antigen or RT-PCR swab test.

· Guide the patients on the procedure and provide instructions to ensure patient’s care and safety.

· Ensure equipment remains in good condition and report any malfunction to the

immediate supervisor and/or coordinate with Admin for preventive maintenance.

QUALIFICATIONS AND COMPETENCIES:

· Graduate of bachelor's degree in Nursing

· Must be a registered Nurse

· Knowledgeable in ECG, TST, Spirometry, Audiometry and Optometry Tests

· With Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advance Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Training Certificate

· Basic Occupation Safety and Health Training (BOSH) is an advantage
