- Rotation: 75 days on duty - 21 days off duty.

Requirements/Qualifications/Competence:
- Proven experience leading teams in subcontract administration or related functions.
- Strong understanding of contractual and legal frameworks in construction projects.
- Competence in reviewing subcontractor progress reports, claims, and invoices.
- Ability to evaluate project variations, delays, and cost implications.
- Skilled in negotiating and resolving cost-related issues with subcontractors.
- Familiarity with change management and project forecasting processes.
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
- Attention to detail and ability to ensure compliance with internal procedures.
Tasks:
- Lead and guide the Subcontract Engineers/Administrators team.
- Ensure subcontract administration processes are correctly followed by all parties.
- Manage all communications with subcontractors, maintaining legal and contractual compliance.
- Verify and approve subcontractor progress submissions.
- Support project management in identifying variations, claims, and potential impacts on schedules or budgets.
- Assess technical queries, instructions, and deviation requests for cost implications and lead pricing negotiations.
- Oversee processing of extra work, claims, unit pricing, back charges, liquidated damages, and final contract closure.
- Participate in change management and project forecast analysis.
- Issue completion certificates as required.
- Maintain updated subcontract forecasts and track project performance.
- Ensure thorough commercial closeout of all subcontract agreements.
- Collect and share lessons learned and insights from project issues for continuous improvement.
