Flag State Documents Dispatch
Update the monitoring sheet upon receipt of original Flag State full-term documents.
Ensure all full-term documents are scanned and shared with respective Manning Office (MO) / Person-in-Charge (PIC).
Prepare Air Waybill (AWB) through the Blue Dart online portal (Courier partner).
Liaise with PICs, agents, and Vessel Master to ensure smooth delivery and receipt of documents onboard.
Ensure timely dispatch of full-term Flag State documents prior to CRA expiry.
Maintain proper tracking and follow-up until documents are confirmed onboard.
Perform other related tasks as assigned by the immediate Supervisor or Manager
