- Job Title: ROV Supervisor.

- Contract duration: 12 months (renewable).
- Rotation: : 35/35 days on/off.

Requirements/Qualifications/Competence:
- Minimum of 6 years working as an ROV (Remotely Operated Vehicle) operator.
- Experience with Schilling HD ROV systems.
- Proficiency in Triton, XL, XLX, and XLS systems.
- Prior experience in Innovator operations.
- Various professional and technical training certificates relevant to ROV operations.
- Work employment certificates verifying prior experience.
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to operate complex ROV systems.
- Proven problem-solving skills and adaptability in offshore or subsea environments.
- Good command of English, minimum level B1.
Tasks:
- Plan and coordinate ROV operations to meet project goals safely and efficiently.
- Perform system checks and identify faults across mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and control components.
- Operate ROVs and manipulators during offshore tasks.
- Transport, install, and remove ROV systems on vessels or barges.
- Conduct safety briefings and operational updates for crews.
- Set objectives for dives/projects and guide team accordingly.
- Maintain communication between field operations and base support.
- Deploy ROVs for project initiation, ongoing work, and completion tasks.
- Supervise field personnel and allocate responsibilities for specific projects.
- Provide technical support for installation, service, and repair of related equipment.
- Contribute to pre-project planning and operational strategy.
- Monitor crew performance and morale during assignments.
- Prepare detailed post-job reports and project documentation.
- Record dive logs in written, oral, or video format for client review.
- Update technical documentation with any modifications or findings.
- Design and construct custom ROV tools to facilitate project completion.
