Requirements/Qualifications/Competence:
- Background in supplier qualification, procurement, or vendor management
- Understanding of technical, financial, and organizational evaluation criteria.
- Knowledge of risk management, quality, safety, and corporate responsibility standards.
- Familiarity with vendor databases, classification systems, and compliance processes.
- Ability to analyze supplier performance data and prepare reports.
- Experience with digital tools for vendor assessment and data management.
- Strong communication skills for cross-team and supplier collaboration.
- Fluent in English.
Tasks:
- Carry out supplier qualification processes, ensuring vendors meet capability, financial, compliance, and safety standards.
- Gather and analyze vendor performance information to support feedback and reporting activities.
- Maintain and update corporate vendor records, including commodity classifications and supplier data.
- Assist in building project-specific vendor lists by verifying qualifications, feedback scores, and geographical suitability.
- Coordinate compliance requests with authorities as required by applicable regulations, including training colleagues on related systems.
- Manage third-party financial rating services for supplier risk and ownership checks, and support analysis of findings.
- Contribute to the design, improvement, and rollout of vendor management tools, workflows, and procedures.
- Verify suppliers against internal reference lists to ensure alignment with corporate requirements.
