- Rotation: 90/16 days on/off or 75/21 days on/off.

Requirements/Qualifications/Competence:
- Degree in engineering or related technical field.
- Experience in pre-commissioning, commissioning, start-up, and operational support of production facilities.
- Strong understanding of HSE standards and risk management practices.
- Knowledge of QA/QC certification, fire safety systems, and integrated control systems.
- Familiarity with production strategies, product analysis, maintenance planning, and spare parts reliability.
- Ability to interface effectively with engineering teams, vendors, licensors, and subcontractors.
- Proven problem-solving skills in technical and operational contexts.
- Experience in change management, technical documentation, and procedure development.
- Strong communication skills for cross-departmental coordination.
- Proficiency in English.
Tasks:
- Execute technical activities assigned by the Commissioning & Operations Lead.
- Support pre-commissioning, commissioning, start-up, and test run processes.
- Monitor and enforce HSE compliance across all operations.
- Participate in safety reviews, HSE meetings, and quality inspections; report findings.
- Assist in progress reporting and preparation of operational documentation.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and propose solutions for unresolved operational challenges.
- Coordinate root cause analysis and document findings for operational and safety incidents.
- Transfer knowledge and best practices across facilities and teams.
- Provide technical oversight of production operations, recommending improvements for efficiency and safety.
- Liaise with Corporate Engineering and Procurement to resolve operational issues.
- Collaborate with Asset Maintenance to plan and manage minimal shutdown maintenance.
- Manage changes to facility design post-commissioning, including risk assessments and HAZID/HAZOP involvement.
- Support proposal and project execution phases with technical input as required.
- Ensure smooth handover from commissioning to operations, including documentation, punch lists, and system checks.
- Review and update operating manuals, procedures, and engineering documentation continuously.
- Participate in design reviews and commissioning plan preparation.
- Evaluate and prepare requisitions for spare parts and technical resources.
