Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related business field.
• Minimum 1-3 years experience
• Great communication skills
• Organized and self-driven
• Work autonomously
• Fluency in English

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and issue invoices for assigned vessels/customers in line with contracts and company policies.
• Enter invoicing data accurately into the ERP/billing system.
• Perform basic checks to ensure all billable items are captured before invoicing.
• Maintain up-to-date and accurate SOAs for each assigned customer, ensuring balances are clear and reconciled.
• Provide basic commentary on monthly invoicing results for assigned vessels, highlighting unusual variances.
• Escalate discrepancies, disputes, or special cases to the Senior Invoicing Accountant or Supervisor.
• Assist with month-end invoicing activities and reconciliations as required.
• Contribute to meeting invoicing deadlines and team performance metrics.
