OSM Thome is looking for an experienced Able Seafarer (AB) to work on an offshore support vessel in Brazil. This is a hands-on deck role for a safety-minded seafarer who is ready to work in a busy offshore environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out deck operations, mooring, anchoring, and cargo/rigging work
• Assist with vessel manoeuvring and offshore support activities
• Perform lookout duties and helm watch as instructed
• Handle maintenance tasks such as chipping, painting, and cleaning
• Follow safety procedures and support safe working practices at all times

Requirements

• Valid AB Deck certificate and STCW documents in line with rank
• Previous experience as AB, preferably on offshore/support vessels
• Good command of English (spoken and written)
• Fit for duty with valid medical and required offshore certifications
• Strong safety attitude and ability to work well in a team
