Join OSM Thome as Chief Officer on a Multicat Utility Vessel working offshore Taiwan. We are looking for a hands-on, safety-focused leader to support daily deck and bridge operations and assist the Master in running a reliable and efficient vessel.

• Key responsibilities:
• Assist the Master in navigation, vessel handling and daily operations
• Plan and supervise deck work, cargo and towing operations
• Lead and train deck crew, ensuring safe working practices
• Oversee mooring, anchor handling and small craft operations as required
• Monitor compliance with company and statutory safety procedures
• Maintain deck equipment and ensure proper upkeep of assigned areas

• Requirements:
• Valid Chief Officer license, STCW-compliant
• Experience on offshore support or Multicat / utility vessels
• Strong shiphandling and deck operations background
• Good English communication skills
• Fit for duty with valid medical and offshore certificates
