- Job Title: Hook Up Engineer ( PTW Coordinator).
- Project: Offshore Support Vessel.
- Location: Worldwide.
- Rotation: 90/30 days on/off or 56/28 days on/off.
- Contract duration: 12 months (renewable).
- Salary: Please confirm your realistic expectations when applying. This will be discussed with the right candidate. Consolidated monthly salary.

Requirements/Qualifications/Competence:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a PTW Coordinator in offshore Oil & Gas projects
- Strong understanding of offshore construction, installation, and commissioning activities.
- Familiarity with fabrication yard operations, offshore execution, and multidisciplinary coordination.
- Experience preparing technical documentation such as procedures, work packs, job cards, and material take-offs.
- Knowledge of welding, coating, painting, and quality control requirements for offshore activities.
- Ability to coordinate with engineering, fabrication, marine, and commissioning teams.
- Experience supporting subcontracting activities, bid evaluations, and vendor coordination.
- Good awareness of offshore safety practices, constructability reviews, and risk identification processes.
- Capable of reviewing and managing technical interfaces across multiple project disciplines.
- Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
Tasks:
- Coordinate engineering support activities related to offshore Hook-up operations.
- Assist project teams during tendering, planning, yard preparation, and offshore execution phases.
- Develop Hook-up methodologies aimed at improving installation efficiency and reducing offshore workload.
- Contribute to constructability reviews, risk workshops, and engineering model reviews.
- Prepare and manage Hook-up documentation, including procedures, work packs, drawings, and job cards.
- Interface with fabrication yards and offshore installation teams to align execution priorities.
- Support planning activities by defining construction and commissioning sequences.
- Participate in marine spread selection, vessel suitability reviews, and offshore logistics planning.
- Ensure technical deliverables are issued in line with project schedules and operational requirements.
- Collect and manage site mark-ups to support final as-built documentation updates.
- Monitor implementation of project quality requirements for welding, coating, and inspection activities.
- Support offshore readiness activities to ensure safe and efficient campaign execution.
