Join OSM Thome as Pumpman on our Oil/Chemical Tanker fleet trading worldwide. You will work closely with the deck and engine teams to keep all cargo systems safe, efficient and ready for operation.

• Key responsibilities:
• Operate, monitor and maintain cargo and ballast pumps, lines and associated equipment
• Carry out routine checks on cargo systems, valves, strainers and pipelines
• Assist with cargo and ballast operations under the Chief Officer’s supervision
• Perform cleaning, flushing and maintenance of cargo tanks and pump rooms
• Follow all safety, environmental and tanker procedures at all times

• Requirements:
• Previous experience as Pumpman on Oil/Chemical Tankers
• Valid STCW certificates and tanker endorsements as per rank
• Good knowledge of cargo pumps, valves and pipeline systems
• Strong safety awareness and ability to work in enclosed and hazardous areas
• Good English communication skills and fit for worldwide trading
