Join OSM Thome as Master on a Fast Supply Vessel (FSV) operating offshore Luanda, Angola. You will have full command of the vessel, ensuring safe, efficient and compliant operations while leading and guiding your crew.

Key Responsibilities

• Command and navigate the FSV in accordance with COLREGs and company procedures
• Ensure safe offshore operations, cargo runs, deck and supply activities
• Maintain compliance with all flag state, class and client requirements
• Lead, train and supervise officers and crew, promoting a strong safety culture
• Oversee voyage planning, DP/positioning (if applicable) and marine documentation
• Manage bridge, deck and safety drills, ensuring readiness for all emergencies

Requirements

• Valid Master Mariner license, unlimited or appropriate for offshore/FSV operations
• Previous experience as Master or Chief Officer on Fast Supply Vessels or similar offshore vessels
• Up-to-date STCW certificates and valid medical fitness
• Strong command of English, written and spoken
• Proven leadership, safety focus and good record of vessel and crew management
• Experience in West Africa or similar offshore areas is an advantage
