Join OSM Thome as Electro Technical Officer (ETO) on an offshore support vessel in Taiwan. You will be part of the vessel’s technical team, making sure all electrical and electronic systems run safely and reliably.
Joining Date - ASAP, Temporary Contract
- Key responsibilities:
- Maintain and repair all electrical and electronic equipment onboard
- Monitor and troubleshoot power generation and distribution systems
- Support operation and upkeep of DP, navigation, and communication systems
- Carry out planned maintenance and keep accurate technical records
- Ensure safe work practices and compliance with company and class standards
- Requirements:
- Valid ETO CoC and all required offshore/STCW certificates
- Experience as ETO on offshore/support vessels preferred
- Strong knowledge of marine electrical and electronic systems
- DP Maintenance certificate
- Good English communication skills
- Fit for offshore work and willing to work in rotation in Taiwan waters
