Join OSM Thome as Chief Engineer on a PSV working offshore in the United Kingdom. Take full responsibility for the safe and efficient operation of all engine room machinery and technical systems, supporting the vessel’s offshore operations.

• Key responsibilities:
• Oversee and operate all engine room and auxiliary machinery
• Plan and carry out maintenance and repairs on all technical equipment
• Monitor fuel, lube oil, and spare parts inventory and usage
• Lead, train, and supervise the engine room crew
• Ensure compliance with class, flag, company and safety rules
• Keep engine room records, logs, and maintenance reports up to date
• Requirements:
• Valid Chief Engineer CoC, STCW and offshore certificates as required
• Previous experience as C/E on PSV or similar offshore vessels
• Strong knowledge of marine engines, electrical and hydraulic systems
• Holding DP Maintenance certificate will be considered an advantage
• Good English communication skills
• Strong safety mindset and ability to work in a team
• Fit for offshore duty and able to work in rotation
