Join OSM Thome as Fitter on our oil/chemical tankers trading worldwide. You will work closely with the engine and deck teams to keep all steel work, pipelines, and machinery in safe and good condition.

• Key responsibilities:
• Carry out welding, cutting, grinding, and general steel repairs
• Maintain and repair pipelines, brackets, supports, and ship structures
• Assist engineers with maintenance of engine room and deck machinery
• Follow safety procedures and permit-to-work systems at all times
• Keep workshop tools, equipment, and work areas clean and in good order

• Requirements:
• Sea-going experience as Fitter, preferably on oil/chemical tankers
• Good welding and fabrication skills (arc, gas cutting, etc.)
• Valid STCW certificates and medical fitness
• Good English communication and ability to work in a mixed crew
• Strong safety awareness and hands-on working attitude
