Assistant Purser | Passenger - Ocean Cruise | World Odyssey

• Provide excellent customer service at reception 
• Manage passenger shipboard accounts, transactions, statements, and ID card printing, while maintaining accurate records through the Property Management System (PMS)
• Handle cash and financial transactions responsibly
• Support onboard shop operations, including sales, merchandise display, and stock replenishment
• Assist the Chief Purser with port clearance procedures and administrative tasks as required
• Follow and promote onboard safety, security, and environmental policies and procedures
• Contribute to a safe working environment and ensure compliance with company and project-specific operational standards

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in the cruise or maritime hospitality industry 
• Valid and up-to-date maritime certifications, including STCW, MLC r
• Strong knowledge of shipboard reception operations and hospitality standards
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Property Management Systems (PMS)
• Good understanding of accounting and financial procedures
• Excellent communication skills in English;
