- Job Title: Pipeline Technologies Project Manager.
- Projects: Various Onshore projects.
- Location: Fano, Italy.
- Duration: 12 months (renewable).
- Rotation: TBC.
- Salary: Please state your realistic expectations when applying. This will be discussed with the right candidate. Consolidated monthly paid only while working.

Requirements/Qualifications/Competence:
- Valid authorization to work in Italy.
- Degree or equivalent experience in engineering, materials, welding, or a related technical discipline.
- Solid background in pipeline technologies for onshore energy projects.
- Knowledge of international industry codes and standards (e.g., EN, ASME, API, BS).
- Experience managing multidisciplinary technical teams and specialist activities.
- Strong understanding of welding processes, NDT methods, corrosion protection, and materials engineering.
- Proficiency in English; additional project-related languages are considered an advantage.
- Ability to evaluate emerging technologies and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Tasks:
- Lead and integrate welding, inspection, materials, and corrosion functions to ensure effective project delivery.
- Provide specialist technical guidance to project teams throughout execution phases.
- Oversee the allocation, coordination, and development of technical personnel.
- Plan and deliver training activities to strengthen team capability and performance.
- Interpret client specifications and applicable international standards, ensuring full technical compliance.
- Monitor field progress and proactively resolve issues related to welding quality, inspection, materials, and corrosion control.
- Contribute to innovation programs and the implementation of enhanced engineering solutions.
- Review industry publications and technical developments to identify new opportunities and best practices.
- Conduct technology and market assessments to maintain operational and commercial competitiveness.
