Information about the job:
- Job Title: System Completion Lead (E&I).
- Projects: Onshore projects
- Location: Turkey.
- Duration: 4 months onshore (could be extended) / 4 months offshore.
- Rotation: 69 leaves / 6 flights/year.
- Salary: Please state your realistic expectations when applying. This will be discussed with the right candidate. Consolidated monthly paid only while working.

Requirements/Qualifications/Competence:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
- Experience overseeing system completion, turnover, or commissioning activities on industrial or energy projects.
- Knowledge of electrical and instrumentation (E&I) systems, testing, and pre-commissioning processes.
- Familiarity with completion management, punch listing, and mechanical completion documentation.
- Ability to coordinate multiple contractors, engineering teams, and client representatives.
- Strong planning, problem-solving, and organizational skills in a fast-paced project environment.
- Good understanding of quality assurance, safety regulations, and contractual obligations.
- Professional English communication skills; additional languages are an advantage.
- Proficient with completion tracking systems and project reporting tools.
Tasks:
- Coordinate the completion and readiness of assigned E&I systems to support timely handover for commissioning.
- Monitor construction progress against system turnover priorities and resolve completion constraints.
- Maintain and update system completion records, tracking tools, and turnover status.
- Organize field inspections and system walkdowns with project teams and client representatives.
- Manage punch lists, ensuring deficiencies are assigned, monitored, and closed before handover.
- Prepare and verify completion dossiers, certificates, and supporting turnover documentation.
- Lead coordination meetings to align construction, commissioning, and subcontractor activities.
- Work closely with engineering, construction, vendors, and commissioning teams to achieve project milestones.
- Promote compliance with project safety, environmental, quality, and client requirements throughout completion activities.
- Escalate critical issues, recommend practical solutions, and support efficient project delivery.
